Senevisa.com : Une fausse plateforme en ligne piège les demandeurs de visa, le ministère réagit
The Ministry of African Integration, Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad warns against a platform called "Senevisa.com", presented as a visa issuance service for Senegal.
According to the authorities, this is a fraudulent website set up by scammers who demand money from users in exchange for purported entry and residence visa procedures.
In response to this situation, the ministry has indicated that it has filed a complaint with the courts to open an investigation and initiate proceedings to shut down the platform. The aim is to quickly put an end to these practices, which are considered deceptive, and to protect potential applicants.
The authorities reiterate that visa applications for entry and residence in Senegal are handled exclusively by diplomatic and consular missions abroad. They also clarify that no private platform is authorized to collect fees for this service.
The ministry urges users to be vigilant and encourages them to systematically check official sources before taking any online steps. It assures the public that any future changes to visa procedures will be communicated to them.
