During the analysis, two WhatsApp accounts were found. The first is registered under the pseudonym "Eva," associated with the number 788…, identified by the operator as Bineta Niang, 31 years old. She also owns the number 776…. The second is a WhatsApp Business account registered under the pseudonym "Ceerno," associated with the number 789…, identified by the telephone operator as Fatimata Kane, 23 years old. She also owns the numbers 775… and 784….
Thus, audio recordings revealed that the WhatsApp account registered in the suspect's name was being used by another person. However, exchanges between the suspect and contacts 782…, 781…, 776…, and 775… were found on his WhatsApp Business account.
On December 24, 2025, at approximately 12:02 AM, during a conversation with the pseudonym "Baye Kill," associated with the number 782…, registered with the operator under the name Sokhna Thiam, age 40, concerning a sexual encounter, Thierno Seydou Pam initiated a video call with his interlocutor, showing him his private parts in an attempt to pressure him into arranging a meeting.
On December 31, 2025, at approximately 12:32 PM, discussions were recorded with the pseudonym "Grec Nicolson," associated with the number 781…, identified as Mamadou Aliou Ba, 29 years old, concerning unnatural acts. During their conversation, they exchanged videos of unnatural acts while discussing the situation of homosexuals in the country. It was during this exchange that TS Pam stated to his interlocutor that he was not going to stop practicing homosexuality.
On December 20, 2025, at approximately 3:26 AM, a conversation with the pseudonym "Rambi O Foire," associated with the unidentified number 706…, concerned arranging a sexual encounter. The young man, Pam, informed his interlocutor that he had shared his number with another partner. He confirmed that this individual was a repeat offender. Furthermore, he advised Pam to meet him for a sexual encounter priced at 15,000 CFA francs. In addition, the accused stated that he consumed alcohol and drugs.

On February 11, 2026, at approximately 7:33 PM, a conversation with the pseudonym "sma dija," associated with phone number 775…, identified as Khadijatou Samb, 35 years old, discussed the artist known as "SIIR." This person also owns phone numbers 774… and 788…. During their conversation, the other party asked the person in question to be vigilant, indicating that the artist SIIR might be contacted given the current situation. In response, the person in question expressed concern about this artist, specifically mentioning the situation related to homosexuals and alluding to a romantic relationship between SIIR and someone named BN, whom Thierno Seydou Pam presented as the ex-partner of radio host MW.
During the examination of the phone, images and videos related to the events were recovered. Investigators concluded that the examination of Thierno Seydou Pam's phone yielded evidence useful to the ongoing investigation.
