Thiaroye : Un livreur menace une dame et se bagarre avec des policiers lors de son interpellation
The events date back to May 5, 2026. Ms. Nd.Thiam filed a complaint at the Thiaroye district police station against B. Diallo, 20 years old, a delivery man residing in Nietty Mbar, for intentional assault and battery and death threats, according to Seneweb sources.
During her hearing, she stated that her attacker, with whom she had a strained relationship, violently grabbed her by the neck before threatening to kill her. It was the intervention of local residents that prevented a tragedy. B. Diallo then fled.
The following day, around 6 a.m., members of the investigation unit were deployed to B. Diallo's home. During his arrest, he put up fierce resistance and fought with the police officers, who nevertheless managed to subdue him without any injuries being reported.
Taken to the police station for questioning, B. Diallo denied the allegations unconvincingly. After notifying Prosecutor Saliou Dicko, he was placed in police custody for assault and battery, death threats, and resisting arrest.
