Traite de personnes à Diamniadio : 3 escrocs de QNET arrêtés, 47 victimes sauvées par la SR de Colobane
The Dakar gendarmerie's investigation unit conducted a major operation on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, in Diamniadio, in the Rufisque department. Fifty people were arrested in connection with an alleged case of fraud and human trafficking, Seneweb learned from Colonel Ibrahima Ndiaye.
The intervention of the gendarmes follows the denunciation of a citizen presenting himself as a victim of fraud and kidnapping by members of the international company called QNET.
Alerted, the research section immediately moved to Diamniadio Sud, where investigators discovered fifty individuals of different nationalities, spread across two multi-story buildings serving as both study rooms and dormitories. Questioned about the reasons for their presence, they stated that they were being introduced to entrepreneurship by QNET agents.
Faced with this suspicious situation, all these people were taken to the gendarmerie premises in Colobane for the purposes of the investigation.
In total, the operation resulted in the arrest of 47 alleged victims (23 women and 24 men) and three organizers involved, including one woman and two men. Among these people, 37 are of Senegalese nationality and 13 of foreign nationality, including nine Malians, two Ivorians, one Guinean, and one Mauritanian, according to our investigations. The three organizers were detained at the SR premises and are being prosecuted for fraud and human trafficking.
This operation is part of the fight against fraud networks that promise quick enrichment and miraculous business opportunities, often attracting unemployed young people.
The investigation continues to determine the scope of the network and identify other possible accomplices. The Dakar Gendarmerie Legion, under the command of Colonel Malick Faye, is committed to combating crime and delinquency in all its forms. Investigations revealed that the suspects used fraudulent tactics to recruit young people by offering them supposed training in project management, personal development, and other fields, for registration fees of up to one million CFA francs.

Un grand bravo au gouvernement PASTEF ! Il faut démanteler tous ces reasezu de trafique de personnes pour aider à sauver la jeunesse sénégalaise de ces criminels ignobles. Dans un pays comme les États-Unis, de tels voyous, s’ils sont arrêtés, c’est la perpétuité ou la peine de mort. Parce qu’ils sont d’une cruauté absolue et organisent tous leurs crimes via internet. Moi, quand j’étais étudiant, ils avaient reçu à me soutirer 300.000f cfa. Mais pa pa suite, ils sont monté en grade et ont commencé à faire des trafiques humaines et assassinats. Si on ne les anéantit pas tous, ils vont faire des choses bien pires encore à l’avenir. Ils essaient de copier ce qu’ils voient dans les films d’horreur dans la vie réelle pour se faire de l’argent rt souvent ils sont niaks, ce qui est moins grave. Mais quand on est Niak et athée, il n’y a rien de pire comme individus. Attention à la porosité de nos frontières aussi. Des hordes de criminels horribles peuvent entrer facilement dans notre pays ! Il faut leur rendre l’accès difficile et les surveiller de près quand ils sont sur le territoire.

quelqu'un peut m'expliquer pourquoi les autoritès senegalaises ne PEUVENT pas faire quitter Q-net de notre pays ? c'est quand meme decevant que nos autoritès ne reagissent pas....Comment peut on laisser des malfaiteurs chassès de beaucoup de pays , venir s'installer au senegal exploiter maltraiter manipuler les senegalais sans que personne puisse lever un doigt , un seul..... c'est dommage ...
