Zac Mbao : Un transitaire accusé d'attouchements sexuels sur sa fille de 9 ans est arrêté avec de la drogue
A 35-year-old man was taken into custody at the Zac Mbao district police station on October 3, 2025, after his ex-wife reported him sexually abusing their minor daughter. He was arrested in possession of "Kush" while alone with the victim.
A mother breaks the silence!
It was around 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2025, that Mrs. G.Seck, 37, a housekeeper living in the Sonatel housing estate in Zac Mbao, went to the local district police station to report serious facts concerning her minor daughter, according to Seneweb sources.
According to her statements, her ex-husband, AKDièye, 35 years old, claiming to be a freight forwarder, behaved inappropriately towards their common daughter, Miss AD, aged only 9 and currently at school.
Damning revelations
The complainant explains that she had four children with the defendant before their separation. Since their divorce, a custody battle has been ongoing between the two ex-spouses, with the father refusing to give custody of little girl A... to her mother.
It was the girl herself who revealed her father's actions to her mother.
According to the victim's statements, her father tends to caress her penis when he is drunk.
Alarmed, Mrs. G. Seck had initially managed to get her daughter away by entrusting her to a mutual friend of the couple. But on Wednesday, October 2, the father returned to forcibly take the child to his home, an abandoned house where he lives alone.
Arrested for drug possession
A mission from the police station's research brigade was dispatched to AKDièye's home to deliver a summons to him.
When the police arrived on the scene, they discovered a disturbing scene: the suspect was alone with his daughter in a house under construction, smoking "Kush".
As soon as he saw the police, the man threw the half-smoked joint into the bushes and tried to hide the rest of the drug in his mouth, according to Seneweb sources.
Faced with this situation and to ensure the safety of the girl, the suspect was immediately taken to the station.

Several pieces of evidence were recorded:
-The drug "Kush"
-A pair of scissors
-A pack of "Rizla" (rolling papers)
-A lighter.
The testimonies
The alleged victim: Heard in court, the daughter A.Dièye confirmed her mother's statements, claiming to have been touched by her father on two occasions.
The accused: When questioned, AKDièye admitted to possessing the "Kush" but vigorously refuted the accusations of sexually abusing his daughter.
He claims that the child's mother is simply seeking to regain custody of their daughter.
The commissioner issued a requisition to the Director of the Youssou Mbargane Diop Hospital in Rufisque to conduct a gynecological examination of Miss A.Dièye. The results are awaited to support the investigation.
The man named AKDièye was taken into police custody for sexual assault of a minor, possession and use of narcotics (Kush), and endangering the lives of others.
