Baloon and Wave today announced a strategic partnership to offer Wave app users simplified and fully digitalized access to car insurance in Senegal.

In a context marked by sustained growth in the digitalization of financial services in Senegal, this partnership represents a significant step forward in the modernization of the insurance sector. It is based on technological integration that connects the ecosystem of insurers, through the Baloon channel, to the Wave application, thus guaranteeing a centralized, seamless, and secure user experience.

This seamless experience marks a turning point in access to insurance, reducing processing times, improving the user experience, and making the service more accessible to a wider audience. The goal is to progressively offer users a modern experience for purchasing an insurance policy. This project, launched in an initial pilot phase, is part of a shared vision: to accelerate the digitalization of services in Senegal and contribute to the modernization of the sector.
