Les Almadies, one of Dakar's most sought-after neighborhoods, is home to a newly built architectural gem: the SIKI Residence.
Developed by REALITES SENEGAL, this high-end residential real estate program represents the developer's first completed project in Senegal. Cest devenu MOCHE< MOCHE MOCHE trop d'immeubles qui n'ont pas le meme niveau.. tu vois des R+4 , + 5 + 8 et meme plus donc .. comment voulez vous que ce soit un quartier residentiel, cest plutot un quartier commercial. Residentiel doit etre paisible.. comme la ou je vis maintenant depuis 20 ans FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ
la au moins cest paisible, cest residentiel, on peut voir les arbres, on peut voir du vert quand tu es dans ta chambre ou plus haut au 2eme etage.. et on peut dormir paisiblement sans etre derange.
Je ne mettrai jamais mon argent qq chose comme 500 000 millions ou plus pour des appartements ou maisons aux Almadies.. NUNCA! ce nest pas un investissement a long termes
