Singer Wally Seck paid a vibrant tribute to the great icons of Senegalese music, Youssou Ndour, Omar Pène and his late father Thione Ballago Seck.

By revisiting songs from their rich repertoires, the star of his generation has once again demonstrated his love, recognition and deep respect for these iconic figures of the African music scene.

This memorable performance took place at the esplanade of the Grand Théâtre Doudou Ndiaye Rose, during the Night of the Marimba, an event initiated by the artist Fallou Benjamin in homage to Wally Seck.

Soyez sérieux que faites vous de Baaba Maal, Iso, Diego,... Pene a eu la chance d'avoir le meilleur groupe. Mais si l'on parle aujourd'hui de marimba on le doit principalement à Lemzo.
