Ngor-Almadies : 32 millions F CFA de loyers impayés, l’État accule son locataire
The National Company for the Management of State Built Heritage (SOGEPA) has taken Malayla Senegal Equipment (MSE Sarl) to court for the payment of 32.18 million CFA francs in unpaid rent.
A tenant of the "Mboutta" building in Ngor-Almadies since January 1, 2023, the company has not paid any rent or rental charges, which represents a debt of 30 months, estimates Libération.
The same source reports that after sending a payment order, which remained unanswered, SOGEPA decided to take the company to court. The company is asking the court to declare the lease terminated, order the tenant's eviction, and order the tenant to pay all rent due.
