Affaire DER/FJ : Adama Diop condamnée pour diffamation et diffusion de fausses informations
Le tribunal de Grande Instance Hors Classe de Dakar a rendu son verdict le vendredi 17 octobre 2025, dans l’affaire opposant Mme Adama Diop à la DER-FJ. Mme Diop a été reconnue coupable de diffamation et de diffusion de fausses informations et condamnée à deux mois de prison avec sursis. La constitution de partie civile de la DER-FJ a été jugée recevable, et un franc symbolique lui a été alloué.
Rappelons que Mme Diop avait diffusé des allégations affirmant que la DER-FJ procédait à des financements frauduleux, sans pouvoir les étayer. Elle s’est ensuite excusée publiquement.
Ce procès visait à clarifier les faits et à rappeler les sanctions pénales prévues en cas de diffamation ou de diffusion de fausses nouvelles. La DER-FJ poursuit sa mission d’accompagnement des initiatives entrepreneuriales auprès des femmes et des jeunes, dans le respect de la transparence et de l’intégrité.
