Sommet APEC : Xi Jinping appelle les économies de l’Asie-Pacifique à unir leurs efforts pour un avenir durable
President Xi Jinping of the People's Republic of China participated in the second session of the 32nd APEC Economic Leaders' Summit, held in Gyeongju, Republic of Korea, on November 1. In his address entitled "Working Together for a Sustainable and Bright Future," the Chinese leader called on the region's economies to strengthen cooperation to overcome global challenges and build more inclusive and environmentally sound development.
Xi Jinping emphasized that the world is undergoing a period of profound change, marked by a new wave of scientific and technological revolution and rapid industrial transformation. While these changes open new perspectives, they also bring persistent challenges: slowing global growth, widening development gaps, and threats related to climate, food security, and energy. In light of this, the Chinese president urged the region's economies to "seize new opportunities, jointly address new challenges, and build a sustainable and bright future."
The Chinese leader structured his speech around three main proposals.
First, he called for fully unleashing the potential of digital and intelligent development to give new impetus to growth in the Asia-Pacific region. He stressed the importance of leveraging new technologies, fostering an open and competitive innovation ecosystem, and promoting the safe and orderly flow of data. Xi Jinping also emphasized the need for the responsible development of artificial intelligence (AI). In this regard, China proposed the establishment of a Global Organization for Cooperation on Artificial Intelligence (GOAI), aimed at providing international public goods in this field. He added that Beijing is ready to collaborate with other APEC members to strengthen digital culture and bridge the AI divide in the region.
Secondly, Xi Jinping emphasized the urgent need for green and low-carbon development, which is essential for a sustainable model for future generations. He advocated for greater synergy between national green growth strategies, the free movement of green technologies and products, and the acceleration of the energy transition. He noted that since announcing its carbon neutrality goals, China has built the world's largest renewable energy system and submitted its Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) for 2035. The country now intends to implement a dual control mechanism for the volume and intensity of carbon emissions.
Third, the Chinese President called on Asia-Pacific countries to build an inclusive and beneficial future for all. He stressed the need to place people at the heart of development policies, strengthen the sharing of experiences, and work towards the full implementation of the UN's 2030 Agenda. Xi Jinping also emphasized the importance of eradicating poverty and promoting common prosperity, while building on APEC's traditional strengths in economic and technical cooperation. He announced that China will accelerate the establishment of a comprehensive life-saving services system, encourage quality population development, and promote initiatives to deploy AI in the healthcare sector, while also strengthening women's digital skills.
Following the discussions, APEC leaders adopted several major documents, including the Gyeongju 2025 Declaration, the APEC Artificial Intelligence Initiative, and the Collaborative Framework on Demographic Change.
On the sidelines of the summit, Xi Jinping attended the official banquet held in honor of APEC economic leaders on the evening of October 31. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi participated in all of these activities.

On n'oubliera jamais la Chine qui a collaboré avec les genocidaires du Darfour quand ils tuaient des noir et qui a mis son veto a l'ONU pour proteger des massacreurs de noirs. Surtout aujourd'hui quand on voit que la Russie a pris la relève en soutenant les FSR d'hemedti qui posent en tuant des pères de familles noirs et s'en amusent sur les réseaux sociaux en se prenant pour des naars. ne confonds pas chine et russie. les exactions dans l'aes, au soudan, en libye c'est la russe et non la chine. c'est la russie le problème en afrique aujourd'hui, l'appat du gain de mercenaires qui ne gagnent rien à la paix car ils vivent de la guerre et du pillage. donc ils soutiennent l'un et l'autre.
Moi je dirais même que ce sont les mercenaires le problème même pas la Russie et qu'il faudrait interdire la présence de mercenaires peu importe l'origine dans toute l'Afrique. Il ne faut collaborer qu'avec des armées nationales dont l'intérêt est de tisser des liens avec le pays et non avec des mercenaires dont l'intérêt n'est que de maintenir les conflits et organiser des coups d'état.
Les membres des Forces de soutien rapides agissent pour débarrasser le Soudan de la tyranie démon-cratique occidentale. La Russie les soutient car c'est une armée de libération.
Créons alors une force de l'union africaine dont le but est d'éliminer tous les mercenaires qui œuvrent sur le continent sans exception. Soit ils travaillent pour une armée nationale soit ils sont combattus.
Il y a en a marre des massacres de civils.
Les trolls de l'ambassade de France ne leurrent personne. La jeunesse soudanaise soutient Hemedti et veut du vrai patriotisme.
