“ I particularly remember your significant contribution as an Advisor to the High Council for Social Dialogue (HCDS) during my tenure as its Chair (March 2015 to November 2024). Your insights and the relevance of your analyses had already demonstrated your commitment to the values of social dialogue and your ability to foster constructive consultation among social partners,” stated the former Chair of the HCDS in a letter of congratulations sent to the new Chair of the CNES. Addressing him, she added, “I have no doubt about your leadership; the CNES will continue and strengthen its central role in promoting constructive, inclusive, and sustainable social dialogue in service of performance, businesses, and social stability . ”
