Macky Sall aux militants de Mbacké-Touba : "Pas de bataille de leadership"
As part of the establishment of the departmental executive secretariats of the Alliance for the Republic (APR), a large delegation from the party went to Mbacké to exchange with local officials and mobilize activists.
The delegation, led by former Speaker of the National Assembly of Senegal, Amadou Mame Diop, was accompanied by former Minister Néné Fatoumata Tall and former Minister-Advisor Ibrahima Ndoye. This mission was dispatched by former President Macky Sall as part of the party's restructuring operation, which is taking place from December 1st to 21st, 2025, in the country's 46 departments.
An information and exchange meeting on the establishment of the departmental executive secretariat was held in the presence of local APR officials. Among those present were Serigne Cheikh Abdou Lahad Mbacké Gaïndé Fatma, Abdou Lahad Seck Sadaga, Oumar Ndiaye Angloma, Khadim Samb, traditional communicator, Matar Diop, Daba Diouf, official in Mbacké, among others.
Macky Sall's message to activists
Former President Macky Sall's message was read by former Minister-Advisor Ibrahima Ndoye. In his circular, the APR president reminded party members of the party's fundamental values: vision, solidarity, fraternity, and commitment, which have forged the party's great victories.
He emphasized six main missions assigned to the national commission in charge of this operation:
1. Meet with activists to remind them of the vision and values that have always guided collective action and enabled great successes, including genuine activist camaraderie, permanent serenity, broad perspective and the spirit of overcoming all challenges.
2. To recall that this spirit of solidarity, fraternity and commitment has forged the great victories of the party, demonstrating that the party is superior to personal ambitions, even the most legitimate ones.
3. Emphasize that the consensual, democratic and transparent choice of representatives must attest to the political maturity and the ability of activists to victoriously lead the great battles of the moment and those to come.
4. Make everyone understand that this is a political moment for the APR camp to come together, and not a battle for local leadership for any political positioning.
5. Mobilize all forces to create a powerful bloc capable of protecting the party and confronting all threats, wherever they may come from.
6. Finally, to set the major concerns of the moment: to extend the party's bases to all localities, to guarantee the unity of the party everywhere, to work to strengthen the strategic partnership with the rest of the opposition and the citizen movements in struggle.
In his message, Macky Sall praised the commitment, mobilization and presence of activists on the front line in the fight to defend the values of the party and those of the Republic, before sending them his "activist greetings".

Je me demande qu'est-ce qu'il attend pour dissoudre ce parti ou rassemblement de nervis. Honteux avec ce gouvernement.
