The official handover ceremony between outgoing Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko and the new head of government, Ahmadou Al Aminou Lo, took place this Friday. This transfer of power marks a new stage in the conduct of government action.

In the presence of several members of the outgoing government, administrative authorities and staff from the Prime Minister's office, the outgoing Prime Minister proceeded to hand over the files and responsibilities of the State to his successor.

The new Prime Minister, Ahmadou Al Aminou Lo, officially takes office with the mission of continuing the reforms undertaken and implementing the guidelines defined by the President of the Republic.
