Agression : Deux individus interpellés par le commissariat des Parcelles Assainies U15
Following a complaint filed by a victim announcing the assault she had suffered, the U15 Parcelles Assainies District Police Station quickly opened an investigation.
The investigations led to the arrest of two (02) individuals on October 20, 2025. They were apprehended in possession of two motorcycles and a gas canister.
The assailants intercepted the victim at the corner of Unit 8 Market between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. as she was returning from work with her employees. Riding a motorcycle, they assaulted the victim and stole her bag, which contained her iPhone 12 Pro Max cell phone, a sum of money, her national identity card, her merchant card, her NINEA, and her driver's license.
Questioned by investigators, the two suspects admitted to the assault, claiming to have sold the phone for 40,000 FCFA at the Case roundabout to an individual they met by chance.
The accused were charged with criminal conspiracy, gang robbery committed at night with the use of rolling stock and possession of incapacitating gas. They were then taken into police custody.

Les peines d'agression doivent être aussi sévère que celles appliquées pour les cas de viol : 10 ans fermes et plus en cas de séquelles graves.
