[EXCLUSIF] Affaire Pape Cheikh Diallo : Le médecin du CNTS placé sous mandat de dépôt
New developments have emerged in the case of the doctor who attempted suicide after being apprehended at Blaise Diagne International Airport (AIBD). Following his hospitalization in intensive care, Dr. M. Guèye regained consciousness before being taken to the Keur Massar Gendarmerie Company's Research Brigade. Suspected of being in a relationship with Pape Cheikh Diallo, investigators have gathered serious and consistent evidence that led to his detention on charges of criminal conspiracy and acts against nature, among others.
This Friday, the gendarmerie presented three suspects to the investigating judge of the first chamber at the Pikine-Guédiawaye High Court, including an employee of the National Blood Transfusion Center (CNTS). According to exclusive information obtained by Seneweb, Mr. Guèye was formally charged and remanded in custody, as was another suspect. The third individual, reportedly residing in the Medina district, was also formally charged and subsequently placed under judicial supervision by the investigating magistrate.
Furthermore, AD Ndiaye, the Senelec sales representative in Mbacké, will be brought before the investigating judge next week following the extension of his police custody. He reportedly named another partner who is currently outside Dakar. As a reminder, AD Ndiaye was arrested by the Touba gendarmerie's research brigade after a thorough examination of the phone belonging to the religious singer Ass Dione.
