Acting on judicial delegation ordered by the investigating judge of the first chamber at the High Court of Pikine-Guédiawaye, the Research Brigade of the Keur Massar Company relentlessly tracks down members of a suspected network across the national territory.
With the assistance of their colleagues from the Thiès Research Brigade, a new suspect was arrested this Thursday in the railway capital. He is upholsterer M. Mbaye, aged 30, according to exclusive information from Seneweb.
Married and a father, the man, who lived in a neighborhood of Thiès, had fled after the case involving Pape Cheikh Diallo and his associates broke. He was eventually caught in a trap and arrested that same day by the gendarmes of the Thiès Research Brigade.
This 38th suspect arrested in connection with this case was taken under heavy escort to Dakar this afternoon by members of the Keur Massar Research Brigade. According to initial reports, his partner, already in custody, is HIV-positive.
