After eliminating two Ligue 2 teams (Essamaye FC of Ziguinchor and Oslo FA), Pout SC has forged a solid reputation as a spoiler in this competition. Now on the verge of the final, the players have no intention of stopping there. Club president Alpha Diallo is brimming with confidence, 24 hours before the crucial match.

According to him, all the ingredients are in place to achieve another feat. "The players are ready on all levels: physical, tactical and technical. We are confident. And in terms of support, the population is fully behind the team," he said.
