The heavy defeat suffered at Liverpool FC (0-4) in the Champions League round of 16 second leg has left its mark on Galatasaray. And the most worrying news concerns Viktor Osimhen.

Forced off at halftime, the Nigerian striker was unable to continue in the second half after suffering a blow to the arm. Subsequent medical examinations confirmed a fracture of his right forearm, requiring him to be immobilized in a cast.

Already weakened by Noa Lang's injury, which requires thumb surgery, the Istanbul club has seen its attacking options seriously dealt a blow. Osimhen, who has scored 19 goals in 29 appearances across all competitions this season, is a key player in their attack.

In an official statement, Galatasaray specified that a decision regarding possible surgery will be made in the coming days, following further examinations.
