Mali : Démission collective à la Fédération malienne de football

Thirteen members of the executive committee of the Malian Football Federation resigned collectively this Tuesday, causing the automatic dissolution of the office and the end of the mandate of President Mamoutou Touré.

Imprisoned for several months on suspicion of embezzlement related to his former functions at the National Assembly, accusations which he denies, Mamoutou Touré is thus removed in accordance with the statutes of FEMAFOOT.

This decision opens a phase of institutional transition within Malian football.
