The Senegalese Wrestling Federation (FSF) is opting for continuity. At three strategic federal bodies, the team led by Bira Sène has retained the individuals who have been in their positions since the days of the National Wrestling Committee (CNG). Indeed, during its General Assembly on March 15, the federation's Steering Committee maintained Khalifa Sow (National Technical Director), Sitor Ndour (Head of Referees), and Ndiamé Diop (Administrative Director) in their respective roles. "These retentions reflect the desire of the new federal authorities to rely on experienced individuals to ensure a stable transition to the new governance," explains Le Soleil, which reported the news in its Thursday edition.
Since December 28th, the management of wrestling has shifted from the CNG to the Federation.
