Présidence Fédé de lutte : un gros candidat se dévoile se dimanche à Pikine
The race for the presidency of the future Senegalese Wrestling Federation is underway. Several contenders have already announced their intention to run for the position at the General Assembly scheduled for December 27th. Now it's Bira Sène's turn to throw his hat in the ring.
Former president of the CNG, he "invites wrestling stakeholders to meet on Sunday, November 9th at a complex in Pikine, starting at 11 a.m. An opportunity for him to share his ambitions" for the future body, reports L'Observateur, which gave the information.
Appointed in November 2024, Bira Sène led the National Wrestling Committee (CNG) for four years. He then handed over the reins to Malick Ngom, the new head of wrestling. Sène now wishes to return to politics by taking over as president of the Wrestling Federation.
