In Group A, Germany won in Ireland, thanks to a goal from Woltemande (31st minute). This victory allows the Mannschaft (9 points) to retain first place, level on points with Slovakia, victorious in Luxembourg (2-0).
In Group J, Belgium (14 pts), who won against Wales (4-2), occupy first place with a one-point lead over North Macedonia (2nd, 13 pts).
