Transfert en Angleterre : Liverpool dépense un demi-milliard d'euros

The European transfer window closed on September 1st. In England, Liverpool ended the summer by signing Swedish striker Alexander Isak for the tidy sum of €150 million. With the arrival of the former Dortmund prospect, the reigning English champions have signed the most expensive transfer window in their history.

Indeed, the Merseyside club spent half a billion euros (500 million) this summer. Before Isak, Liverpool had already recruited Florian Wirtz (136 million euros), Hugo Ekitike (90 million euros), Milos Kerkez (46 million euros), Jeremie Frimpong (40 million euros) and Giovanni Leoni (30 million euros).

With these significant additions, the Reds are once again the big favorites to retain their Premier League title and very serious candidates to win the Champions League.

En tout cas, dépenser la somme record pour un buteur qui n'a jamais été le meilleur buteur de son championnat, j'y réfléchirai par deux fois.
